I do hands-on organizing, consulting, and coaching to simplify your space, time, possessions, paperwork, or estate. My mission: to replace the clutter, chaos and stress in your environment with peace, harmony and beauty.
I work in five areas:
• RESIDENCES, HOME OFFICES AND SMALL BUSINESSES
I handle everything from closets to garages, from big to small spaces, to devise systems and permanent locations for your things. I’ll help you make decisions on your clothing. I can help with a closet or garage remodel as project manager. I’ll work in your office to set up paper and computer files, show you how to manage your mail and time, and change some unproductive behaviors.
• MOVING AND RELOCATIONS
I can help you with staging your home for a move, preparing for the move, downsizing, packing and unpacking after the move.
• ESTATE ORGANIZING
I gather and organize estate records and tangible assets, and can be a liaison between the family and executor, particularly if relatives are out of town. I offer household inventories, and will distribute the tangible assets to family members when appropriate.
• CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
I work with your children on keeping their rooms, collections and school papers organized, and as a credentialed teacher, model good study habits or assist with schoolwork. As a teaching homemaker, I offer basic cooking and gardening skills, and help design household systems, schedules and family job charts for meal planning, cleaning, keeping up with laundry, and shopping.
• COACHING, WRITING, SPEAKING
I offer coaching on personal and organizational issues, and mentor, advise and train new organizers. I’m also a published writer and children’s poet and offer a wide range of writing services from editing and proofing your manuscript, to resumes, college entrance application letters, and customized, funny “story-of-your-life” cards for all occasions. I’m also available for speaking and workshops as well.
