Mollie’s coaching specialty is helping people awaken to the yearning of their soul's purpose in order to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. She is a life satisfaction expert. One of her unique skills is partnering with her clients to reach deeply within themselves to craft lives that reflect who they are at a soul level. In the words of one executive: “Your coaching method, coupled with your open-mindedness, your counseling background and your spiritual connection has been an incredible combination for me in breaking through limiting beliefs and patterns to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.”
In your coaching together you can expect to tap in to the essence of who you are, gain clarity about what is most important to you, and create goals that inspire you to action. You will make changes that are driven by your inner wisdom and truth. Most of the coaching is over the telephone.
Mollie is a seasoned and certified co-active coach, trained by the Coaches Training Institute. She also has a background in counseling psychology and an avid curiosity about the spiritual and metaphysical aspects of life. She received her Bachelor of Science in experimental psychology and a Master of Arts in counseling psychology. Over the years she has augmented her education with in-depth trainings within the human potential arena. She has extensive training in the Hoffman Quadrinity Process methodology, is trained in the Hakomi method of psychotherapy and is a licensed provider of the "Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction" program.
Her professional memberships include the International Coach Federation, San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, and the American Counseling Association.
Mollie shares her own very fulfilling life with her husband, four daughters and their husbands, seven delightful and uniquely "themselves" grandchildren, a dog and a cat. She and her husband divide their time between their Southern California home at the beach, and their Canadian, Prince Edward Island home, overlooking beautiful green fields and the West River. Mollie loves nature and sees it as a model for healthy and joyful living. Whenever possible she goes body boarding in the ocean or takes long, peaceful paddles up the river. In between times she explores various parts of the world with friends or just enjoys the wonder of everyday life.
