Military Transition Coaching Warm, caring and intuitive, Paul draws on his own amazing journey to facilitate others on theirs. His unpretentious, playful manner puts people immediately at their ease, yet he has a sharp insightful quality, which he uses to help clients to recognize and take up their own power and become truly themselves. These qualities also help him facilitate clients in creating exciting goals and maintaining motivation to see plans through to completion. As a Military Leader for over 20 years, Paul managed a staff from 10 to 200. Having started out as an Enlisted in 1981, he worked his way up to Commander with the Naval Reserve Fleet, obtaining this position through hard work, creativity and an exceptional ability to understand and motivate people. His achievements are all the more remarkable for being self-taught and for the difficulties he overcame in her early life. Paul studied Industrial Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed numerous Brian Tracy, Dale Carnegie and Coaching certifications. This led to his interest in personal empowerment and motivation and, ultimately, to studying life coaching. After the War In Iraq, where Paul served for 8 months in Kuwait leading a security team at a local port, he became a professional Military Transition coach. As well as his professional coach training, Paul is currently studying for a Diploma in Person-centered Counseling at Coach University. He is currently writing a book on leadership and the military.
