DP Waldman consults with organizations to develop leaders, improve engagement and retention, and boost overall business results. The primary service he provides within that scope is the Professional or Executive Coaching relationship.
DP's specialty as a coach is in helping clients to better manage inter-personal relationships in the workplace. He helps clients to understand the differences between people and adjust their social style accordingly. DP supports clients in dealing with recurring difficult emotions that get in the way of clear communication, managing effectively, and overall performance.
DP is credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the PCC level (Professional Certified Coach). He is certified through The Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). DP has over 3,000 hours professional coaching experience over an eleven year period. He is also currently active as an Executive Coach with The Ken Blanchard Companies, a premier leadership development firm. Among his colleagues, DP has earned a reputation as an exceptionally wise and compassionate coach.
Prior to coaching, DP has more than 25 years experience in marketing, business management, and professional sales (B-B). He is an experienced group facilitator and tele-class leader. He is experienced in training managers and leaders within organizations in becoming coach-like in the workplace. He has successfully coached and trained clients of various cultural backgrounds and industries.
