Currently she is a Workforce Development Consultant 50% for a project with Elsdon Inc., provding services to Kaiser Permanente San Diego area. She has been an outplacement consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, working with executives along with managers and professionals.
Her professional leadership roles include current and past board member of the San Diego American Society for Training and Development, Co-Chair for the International Career Development Conference. In her community, she is currently the Past President of Soroptimist Oceanside-Carlsbad.
