Coaches in Action Group
The Coaches in Action Group meets directly after the regular SDPCA meeting on the second Monday of each month from 12:10 PM - 1:00 PM after the SDPCA meeting. Feel free to bring a snack.

Please join us if you are:

• New to coaching.
• New to a particular type of coaching.
• Interested in growing your practice.
• An experienced coach with a "beginner's mind" and want to learn from others.
• Want to brainstorm ideas about coaching and marketing.
• Want to set goals and reach them in a supportive environment.

The objective of Coaches in Action:

Is a forum for coaches to discuss, gain clarity and put into action aspects of the formal presentation provided at the SDPCA monthly meeting. This will serve the coach in enhancing their skills, growing their business or otherwise improving their life.

Join us for an hour of sharing, support and accomplishment. We adjourn by 1:00 PM.

Non-Profit Executive Leadership Coaching Initiative / Pro-Bono Community Outreach Program of the SDPCA

Our Mission:

To coach leaders and enhance their effectiveness to positively impact the lives of the hundreds of thousands of individuals they serve.

The Non-Profit Executive Leadership Coaching Initiative is designed to:

• Support our members to be powerful and successful coaches.
• Increase community awareness of coaching and its benefits.
• Provide free and lower cost coaching services to non-profit organizations.

We are seeking Executives within Non-Profit Organizations to receive 12 complimentary coaching sessions from some of San Diego’s finest Coaches.

The Executive Coaches:

• Guide you through a process for accessing solutions.
• Be your sounding board, accountability guide & brainstorming partner.
• Offer you tools to support your organization’s effectiveness.

Executives Receive:

• An extensive intake interview with their Coach.
• Twelve coaching sessions (within a 3-6 month period of time).
• Opportunities to take advantage of other tools, training and coaching programs.

A lively, dedicated group of Coaches who come together for relaxed informal monthly gatherings where we share our challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Learn from experts and other coaches in a space that is judgement free.

The Experienced Coaches Group is for Coaches who are ready, willing and able to:

• Make the effort to grow their coaching business.
• Help other coaches.
• Set aside pre-conceived ideas of how things "should" work.
• Better serve their clients.

The Experienced Coaches Group is dedicated to supporting each other in:

• Keeping the passion for coaching alive in us.
• Sharing coaching tools, resources, experiences and processes.
• Providing support in areas of need.
• Marketing ideas, alliances, and materials.
• Building a client base.
